I’m building a fitness app for the community and here’s why.
One of my main goals is to make fitness as accessible for you as possible.
When I released the Hybrid Routine, I tried to eliminate cost and time factors
Hundreds of thousands of people have used it at this point.
I hope it helped.
But I ran into an issue.
People don’t want to spend the 20-30 minutes watching the intro videos and understanding the method.
It’s okay. I get it.
So the app can give you a notification at the time of your choosing.
Tell you exactly what exercise to do.
Tell you how long to rest.
Learn from your set numbers.
And let you know when to move on.
I also want it to log your progress so you can see how you’re progressing over time.
We have officially started development, but we’re in the early phases.
